Software Quality Lead (f/m/d)

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, caring, and proactive Software Quality Lead (f/m/d) to join the core product team of our client and help them shake up the world of medical software development!

Your responsibilities will include

As a leading expert in software quality, you will guide a dynamic team of more than two specialists in test automation. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establishing and implementing the team’s strategic objectives and work packages.
• Fairly assigning these packages to your colleagues and overseeing the progress of the work.
• Actively participating and jointly steering the verification and validation process prior to product launch.
• Ideally, you bring a profound enthusiasm for software development, combined with the aspiration to optimize patient outcomes, and the excitement of tackling new technological challenges.

• More than seven years of professional experience in software testing for web platforms.
• Prior experience in leading a Team of Software Tester.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress
• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test case management tools (ALM)
• Previous work with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), especially with Cucumber

The starting gross annual salary is €80,000,--. Your actual salary depends on your qualification and experience.
