SAP IS-U Trainer | Freelance

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Trainer (Freelance) to deliver a structured academy program that prepares future SAP consultants for careers in the utilities sector. The training curriculum covers technical foundations, industry-specific energy knowledge, core SAP IS-U modules, and modern SAP S/4 Utilities capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, hands-on training sessions

• Teach fundamentals of the energy market, regulatory requirements, and market roles

• Introduce and deepen knowledge in SAP IS-U (Master Data Management, Customer Service, Market Communication, Billing & Invoicing, Device & Energy Data Management)

• Provide training on SAP S/4 Utilities, highlighting key differences to classic IS-U

• Guide participants through technical foundations (SQL, In-Memory DB, ABAP, Debugging, SAP GUI, SAP Fiori & Fiori Launchpad)

• Offer mentorship, coaching, and support during exercises, deep dives, and the final project

• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ project work

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U and ideally SAP S/4 Utilities

• Solid understanding of core utility processes (billing, market communication, device management, EDM)

• Experienced in customization, process flows, and integration topics

• Proven track record as a trainer, coach, or enablement professional in SAP environments

• Ability to present complex topics in a clear, structured, and engaging way

• Additional knowledge in ABAP, SQL, SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage

• Confident in delivering training remotely using digital collaboration tools

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
