A fast-growing company in the medical software space is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll help shape compliant, secure, and innovative software solutions with a real-world impact on millions of patients globally.
Oversee and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring clear timelines, dependencies, and documentation
Serve as the single point of truth for project status, priorities, and deliverables
Align and engage product, engineering, sales, and client operations to drive progress
Proactively identify, address, and resolve risks or blockers
Support and manage software release processes
Report progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders
Contribute to client reporting and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years managing complex projects across engineering, product, sales, and client operations in a fast-moving environment
Proven ability to coordinate multiple project timelines, dependencies, and documentation with clarity
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning teams without direct authority
Strong strategic mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and quality
Resilient and adaptable in the face of change, uncertainty, and tight deadlines
Full professional proficiency in English
Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or comparable tools
Professional background in software development environments

For candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience, the gross annual salary starts at €70.000 and is adjusted according to actual experience and expertise.
