Product Manager (f/m/x)

A fast-growing company in the medical software space is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll help shape compliant, secure, and innovative software solutions with a real-world impact on millions of patients globally.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer and internal feedback

• Collaborate with design, development, sales, and operations teams

• Manage features from concept to release

• Support documentation and design control processes

• Align product releases with internal and external timelines

• Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions

• Contribute to launch planning and communication

• 5+ years of experience in software (SaaS), including 3+ years in product management

• Technical background (e.g. computer science or engineering)

• Ability to break down complex topics and shape clear product features

• Experience working with tools like Jira / Atlassian

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset

• Ideally, experience in a regulated industry and/or startup environment, previous experience in Quality Management is nice to have

• Willingness to travel

• Candidates must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate quickly. EU citizenship is required due to employment regulations

The gross annual salary starts at €70.000. The final package will be tailored based on your experience and qualifications.
