Head of Growth | Marketing (w/m/x)

With 3 million users and a vision to reach many more, the company is now seeking a Head of Marketing | Head of Growth to expand its strategy and team.

• The primary goal is to expand the reach of the platform and provide a broad audience with access to an innovative learning experience

• Leading the 7-person marketing team with further planned expansion

• Developing and setting strategic goals, supporting and motivating your team to achieve them

• Management of performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Ads) and CRM

• Managing partnerships (affiliate, influencer, PR) & organic channels (SEO, social media)

• Collaboration with product & business teams (marketing, CRO, data insights)

• Development of the go-to-market and brand positioning strategy

• Several years of relevant professional experience in digital (product) marketing, ideally in the roles of Head of Growth, Head of Marketing or comparable

• Strong leadership and organizational skills - remote leadership experience if located outside of Austria is a must have

• Proven success in scaling a (paid) subscriber user base in the B2C sector

• App marketing experience is an advantage
